Wednesday Evening Meals And Ministry Opportunities
For the last few years, North Shreve Baptist Church has presented a well – balanced meal each Wednesday evening for members and guests, prior to our Wednesday evening services.
Wednesday evening meals have been discontinued. We need to have more people coming and paying for these meals in order to be able to afford to offer this ministry.
Please call our office at 425 – 2350 and tell Janell, our church secretary, if you will support this meal ministry each week. If we have enough people to support this ministry, we will resume it.
We are praying about starting a new ministry adventure. We are praying about having a weekly “celebration” service with music, preaching, and a meal on Saturday evenings. This would serve as an evangelistic Fundraiser for our church. We would have NSBC musicians and singers as well as musical guests from time to time. Preaching would be done by our Pastor and dynamic guest preachers.
Let us know if you will support this new ministry by your attendance each week. We would also ask that you would be willing to buy a meal or, if you choose not to eat, be willing to give an offering each week to make this ministry a reality.
Consider volunteering to help us with this new ministry and/or Wednesday night meals. This may be your area of service – ministry for which the LORD has prepared you. Call the office and talk to Janell if you feel God leading you into either of these ministries.
